My Story
I was born and raised in Germany and came to the U.S. as a young professional, full of ambition and curiosity. Over the next two decades, I built a career in high-tech and male-dominated industries, often as the only woman in the room. I rose to the C-suite, leading cultural transformation and people strategy at some of the most innovative tech companies. I loved that work — and I also lived the pressure, the pivots, and the deep, private moments of wondering, Is this still the life I want to be building?
HerPath was born from that space — the space where ambition meets burnout, where reinvention becomes necessary, and where women crave more alignment, more freedom, and more real support.
I’m also a lifelong athlete and triathlete. Sports taught me resilience, discipline, and how to tune into my own strength — tools I’ve leaned on in every part of life, from the boardroom to moments of personal hardship. In my first years after moving to the U.S., I hit rock bottom — both financially and mentally — and I rebuilt from nothing. I know what it’s like to feel completely lost. And I know what it takes to create a life that feels grounded, fulfilled, and self-defined.
Through HerPath, I now help women navigate career transitions, financial uncertainty, and life’s big reinventions with clarity, courage, and just enough fire to surprise themselves. I bring my whole self to this work — the strategist, the coach, the athlete, the survivor, and the friend.
If you’re ready to reconnect to your path and write a new chapter, I’m here to walk it with you.
