Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 5, 2025

At HerPath, we want you to feel confident in your investment in yourself. We are committed to delivering high-quality educational content, coaching services, and community experiences designed to help you grow personally, professionally, and financially. Due to the nature of our offerings—many of which are digital, time-based, or customized—we have outlined our refund policy clearly below.

1. Digital Products (Workbooks, Downloads, Toolkits)

All digital product sales are final. Due to the immediate access and downloadable format, we cannot offer refunds on any digital purchases. If you have trouble accessing or downloading your purchase, please get in touch with us at contact@herpath.net and we’ll ensure you receive the product you paid for.

2. Online Courses and Learning Programs

We stand behind the quality of our courses. If you enroll in a paid course and find it’s not the right fit for you, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided:

  • You have completed no more than 20% of the course content, and

  • You submit your refund request in writing to hello@herpath.com within the 7-day window

After 7 days or if more than 20% of the course has been accessed, we are unable to offer refunds.

3. Coaching Services (Individual or Group)

Due to the personalized nature of coaching, we do not offer refunds for completed or partially completed coaching sessions.

If you have purchased a coaching package and wish to cancel before any sessions have been used, you may request a refund (minus a 10% administrative fee) within 7 calendar days of purchase.

To cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late-canceled sessions may be forfeited without refund.

4. Memberships and Subscriptions

Your HerPath membership may be billed monthly or annually. You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings or emailing hello@herpath.com. Cancellation will stop future billings, but does not retroactively refund prior charges.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time in a current billing cycle. All memberships auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make case-by-case exceptions at our discretion, particularly in cases of:

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Billing errors

  • Technical issues preventing access to a purchased service
