I work with women who are capable, accomplished, and outwardly successful—yet quietly sensing that the life they’ve built no longer fully fits.

After decades in senior executive leadership, I’ve seen how ambition, responsibility, and caring deeply can slowly pull women away from themselves. My own journey taught me that real change doesn’t come from pushing harder, but from pausing long enough to listen—and then choosing a path that truly aligns.

At HerPath, I coach women using a neuroscience-informed, psychologically grounded approach that integrates career, finances, health, relationships, purpose, and personal growth. Together, we reduce overwhelm, clarify what matters most, and create a path forward that is realistic, humane, and sustainable.

My style is thoughtful, practical, and deeply supportive. This work isn’t about fixing yourself or starting over—it’s about reconnecting with who you are now and building a life that feels steady, meaningful, and genuinely your own. I’m here to walk that path with you.

Today, as a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and creator of the SoberMonth Experiment, I support women through sustainable behavior change. Whether you’re questioning your relationship with alcohol, navigating emotional eating, using tools like GLP-1s, or simply craving more balance, we work together to rebuild trust with your body and yourself.
