My Story

For years, I lived in a cycle that looked “healthy” on the outside but felt anything but on the inside. I was constantly chasing perfection — strict with what I ate, what I drank, how I moved, and how I showed up in the world. I made rules. I broke them. I blamed myself. I got stuck. I smiled through it.

But behind the smiles were years of self-criticism, self-sabotage, and a deep exhaustion that no amount of “clean eating” or discipline could fix. I didn’t just feel tired — I felt lost. I had a toxic relationship with alcohol, food, and ultimately, with myself.

Eventually, I reached a point where I knew something had to change. Not the kind of surface change that comes from another diet, another reset, another promise to “be better”… but real, honest, soul-deep change.

And that’s when everything shifted.

I began the hard work of healing, not fixing myself, but coming home to myself. I learned how to stop surviving on extremes and start living with balance, sustainability, and intention. I realized that alcohol and food were never the problem. I simply did not know how to live in a way that truly supported me.

What began as a personal transformation became the foundation for my life’s work. I started coaching women who wanted to change their relationship with alcohol —  a struggle I knew too well, and over time, that work evolved into something deeper.

Today, I help women navigate all kinds of behavioral change. Whether you're questioning your relationship with alcohol, navigating the emotional layers of food, or using tools like GLP-1s and wanting to reconnect with your body and intuition, I’m here to help you find your way back to yourself.

At Her Path, we explore it all: stress, sleep, nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and the radical power of self-compassion. This is a space where women are allowed to be messy, real, growing, and whole — all at once. No judgment. No shame. Just truth, grace, and support.

If you’re tired of being tired… If you’re stuck in “all or nothing,”… If you’re craving peace more than perfection, want to live with more balance, intention, and authenticity, I'm here to walk that path with you.

You don’t have to do it alone. And you don’t have to be anyone other than who you are, right now, to begin.

I’m here. I see you. And I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
