We’re Anja and Tina, two longtime friends who met in high school in Germany and both moved to the U.S. in our twenties, wide-eyed and early in our careers. Our paths took different turns — one of us climbing to the top of the corporate world, the other navigating life as a working mom raising a family. We lived through it all: ambition, burnout, reinvention, heartbreak, growth. And now, we’re turning that lived experience into something bigger than us — a guide, a sisterhood, a spark of possibility for women everywhere.
